Annual Retained Programs:
Many of our clients have expressed
an interest in this form of our services. The common denominators amongst
these clients are several successful searches conducted in a relatively brief
time frame by DataPath. The clients often
anticipate numerous openings in the near future. In an attempt to assist such
clients in lowering their cost-per-hire, DataPath will perform multiple searches at an extremely cost-effective fee structure.
The savings to our clients through this program can represent as much as 30%
of the individual cost-per-hire.
The second option under this
heading would be our Annual Volume Rate Retainer. This program is best
suited for a client who anticipates a significant and rapid ramping-up of
their staff in a relatively short time frame. For example, ten to twenty openings
over a six to twelve month period. This fee structure is even more cost
effective than the Annual Retainer, and could potentially represent as
much as a 40% to 50% savings on a cost-per-hire basis. DataPath will tailor these programs to meet the individual client's unique needs.
Retained Search/Operating
Retainer:
Our first program is the Retained
Search. The client company should utilize this plan when their need is
for a highly specialized individual who would be located in a limited talent
pool.
Because of the difficult nature of
this type of assignment, the guaranteed fee structure of this program allows DataPath to justify the additional dedication of
resources required to identify viable candidates for the client's position.
As with all of DataPath's Services, the decision to
select a Retained Search would be based on a mutually agreed upon
assessment of the marketplace by DataPath and the
client.
Our other option under this
heading is DataPath's Operating Retainer.
The Operating Retainer applies to a search for a candidate who will
also be difficult to identify and attract, but can be generated from a
greater talent pool than a Retained Search candidate. Instead of the
guaranteed payment of the full fee, only one-third of the fee is due at the inception
of the search. The balance of the fee is then due only when the client has
hired one of DataPath's candidates.
Contingency Search:
DataPath's rate of success in the contingency area continues to
remain far beyond that of our competitors. Our ratio of resumes submitted to
interviews and interviews to placements remains approximately 50% ahead of
industry standards. This translates directly to less time spent by our
clients in the hiring process, sifting out of inappropriate candidates, and
more rapid and effective results in filling our client's open positions.
Contract Services
When permanent help is not the
answer, DataPath has a long and reliable history in
providing both short and long term contractual professionals to our clients.
We seek out only the best providers, and by employing well-founded and
creative solutions, we can provide contractors to our clients at greatly
reduced costs. The creativity? By applying a unique corporate-to-corporate
structure to our contractors, we don't collect the unrealistic "piece of
the pie" that so many other firms require from their contractors. And we
pass these savings directly along to our clients.
Research & Screen Searches:
Research
Utilizing this option our clients
are able to list a position with DataPath,
identifying target source companies and candidates. DataPath will then provide the client with profiles /resumes of candidates for the
listed position. This service is provided at an hourly rate plus expenses.
Clients would then complete the interview/hiring process on their own. Since
the average time factor involved in producing a satisfactory number of
candidates is usually in the fifty to seventy-five hour ranges, the client
would obviously realize significant cost-per-hire savings.
Should the client decide to retain DataPath's services for the completion of the
placement process, DataPath would then engage in a
full Contingency Search process at our usual fee. The client would be
credited with the already collected hourly fee, deducting it from the
ultimate placement fee.

the job, pre-screen all the respondents, and pass on the qualified candidates
to our client. This is the most economic of our services, and represents the
greatest savings to our clients.
