Mr. Silvi founded DSC in October
of 1989. Prior to that he spent over two years with Alden Personnel, where he
managed Alden's IT recruiting function from inception to an operational group
producing over half a million dollars in billing a year. Mr. Silvi also was
Alden's top producer across all operational groups for the years 1987 and
1988. Prior to Alden, Mr. Silvi spent two and half years with the MIS
Recruiting Team of Fortune Personnel of Stamford. He was consistently among
the top billers of this 50 office, national franchise. Mr. Silvi has a
Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mass Communication from Emerson College.
